Why we exist
The duties of a corporation — but nobody to roll out a CAFM.
A Swiss business with three to ten buildings has the same inspection and record-keeping duties as a large corporation: fire safety, electrical inspection, lifts, drinking water, occupational safety. What it lacks is someone to introduce and look after a system for it.

The list that leaves with one person
Maintenance dates often live in an Excel list kept by a single person. When they leave the business, the knowledge leaves with them. Fristo ties it to the building, not to the person.

Large systems are construction kits
The large CAFM systems can do almost anything — because you have to shape them yourself. A considerable share of their menus serves not the building but the configuration of the system. That is why a rollout takes months.

When it matters, the record counts
A claim, an inspection, a question from the insurer: then the question is “When was this asset last inspected?”. Fristo answers it with a PDF — with what has been done and what is still open.
Our story
From observation to product.
Lightweight maintenance tools exist, and so do large CAFM systems. What is missing is both at once: ready to use straight away and with the inspection duties of 16 European countries built in — with more being added all the time.
The idea
Lightweight, yet compliant
The observation: small businesses do not fail because of the feature set but because of the rollout — and the fear of losing data built up over years when switching. From this comes the principle: productive within an hour, and your data can be taken along in full at any time.

Development
An architecture of our own with Laravel and Vue, an inspection library with legal basis and source, ten languages, over a thousand automated tests. Every screen starts as a design and is then built against it.

Maintenance, not a construction kit
No field editor, no form editor, no permission management. What you see is there when you sign in — the same for everyone. What a business needs on top, we build as an extension, not as a setting.

A proposal, not legal advice
Every inspection template names the legal basis, the interval and the source. You confirm what applies to your business; only then are dates created. Responsibility for the inspection stays where it belongs.

Your data belongs to you
Full export at any time, even after cancellation. Data in the EU, daily backups, no support access without your visible consent.

Fair, not hidden
Priced by building, not by person. One building with up to 100 assets free forever, cancel monthly, price increases announced 30 days in advance. What the pricing page says is what you get.
